Things to Know for HOLIDAY ORDERING
when can i drop off or pick up at the store?
turn around time is minimum of 10 days...last day to order for xmas is december 8th
can i place an order over the phone?
ugh.... we do not accept orders or give quotes over the phone because everything is custom. you may want one line, two lines, large letters, small letters, "how do you spell that name again?"...it's best to come in and we can design or layout your ideas!
how much does embroidery cost?
loaded question & honestly hard to answer as all designs are custom. some basics: for small lettering (under a 1/2", usually names of medical jackets, cuffs) it's $12 per run. for left chest monogram, stockings, blankets, backpacks...it's $17 per run (if under 1.75"). the bigger you want to go or the more "art" you want to add...the price increases based off stitch count.
do you embroider corporate logos?
yes we do corporate logos! you must supply artwork and there is a minimum $50 for set-up cost. (formatting the logo to stitching software) - it's only a one time charge & then you are in the system! per above...cost depends on stitch counts.
may i bring in my own items?
yes, of course! we do have a maximum of 20 items because we are not a bulk embroidery shop...we truly do not have the equipment
what services does mine NOT provide?
- TUES-FRI 10-4 (no appointment needed - simply walk-in)
- Special Holiday hours begin in November; please check back for updates!

what services does mine NOT provide?
- we do not engrave (so sad, it's a lost art - you may try an award/trophy shop)
- we do not embroider baseball cap fronts
- we do not embroider leather (that really messes with machine timing)
- we do not sew (i know strange - but two different machines, two different skills) pleased...you need to call a tailor!
- we do not emboss (stamping in gold or silver on books or leather)
